Everything about Familux Friends

Here you will find the answers to any question you might have about Familux Friends.

 

Your profile data is easily changed or updated in your profile on our website. Once on the website, log onto your profile and click on the “customise your profile” button. Alternatively, you have the option to change your profile information by emailing our team at friends@familux.com.

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one directly on our website. You can do this on the profile log-in page under “Forgot password?”.

You can change your password at any time on our website. Simply go to your profile page and click on “New password”.

It’s easy to register to our Familux Family! In a few quick clicks you can register via our website from the comfort of your own home. Whenever and wherever it suits you, simply go on our friends.familux.com website and register, active your profile and enjoy the additional benefits. IMPORTANT: remember to register with the same email address as the one used when booking with us.

Currently there is no set limit to the membership period, it is completely free of charge and can be terminated at any time.

The log-in details are a combination of your email address and your own personal password that you select when registering on our website. Your log-in details can be changed at any time in your personal profile on our website

Your membership number can be found in your personal profile on our website.

The membership number is not transferrable.

Anyone can become a member of our Familux Friends that are 18 years or older, with a main residency in an EU-member country or Switzerland. Companies and other legal entities cannot obtain membership.

In this case, we ask you to delete one of the two profiles if both have already been activated. Please send an email to friends@familux.com, and state which profile (e.g. by stating the membership number) you would like to delete or deactivate.

Dataprotection and security

All guests can trust that their data will be handled professionally, data protection is a top priority.

You can manage all your elective settings and preferences relating to our newsletter, marketing data and postal mailings in your profile on our website.

A request can be sent per post or email to info@familux.com to delete all your data. To process your request faster, please include your membership number or your name, address, and your date of birth. The deletion will be processed within the mandated time period. Alternatively, your profile can be deactivated or deleted directly in your online profile.

Collect points

There are many ways you collect points with Familux Friends. Through fun and relaxation directly in our resorts, or conveniently in our online shop. All the ways you collect points are explained in detail here.

2 % of the sum spent in our online shop, holiday activities and all other services in our resorts count towards your points. Simply click on Collect Points and learn more.

1 point equals 1 Euro.

Your point balance is shown in your personal profile on our website.

Sometimes it can take a minute for the points to update and display the correct balance. Should your balance still be stated wrong, please contact us directly via friends@familux.com.

Your collected points will not expire after 1111 days (3 years). Only the points gifted to you from us on your birthday will expire after 1 year, if not used. 

Redeem points

You can easily redeem your points on friends.familux.com at any time

To redeem, simply select the desired amount and download the voucher. The points will then be deducted from the current point balance.

You can find your points balance and all point activity at any time under "Points" in your profile on our website.
 

You can redeem your collected points for vouchers at any time on our website under "Redeem points".

You can find your vouchers on our website directly in your personal profile by clicking on "Vouchers". Your vouchers are also sent to your email.
